ORDER :

Notice in both the proceedings. The learned APP waives notice.

The learned counsel for appellant is heard for admission of the appeal. Seen the judgment. Appeal is admitted. Notice after admission. It is waived by the learned APP.

Criminal Application No. 658/2015 is filed for suspension of substantive sentence. The applicant/appellant is

Cri. Appln. No. 658/15 convicted for the offences punishable under sections 7, 13 (1) (d) r/w. 13 (2) of Prevention of Corruption Act and maximum sentence of imprisonment of two years is given. The learned counsel for the appellant made a statement that the fine amount has been deposited and substantive sentence is already suspended by the Trial Court.

In view of these circumstances, the application is allowed. Substantive sentence is suspended. The applicant is to be released on bail on his furnishing PR and SB of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand).
