On 5th January 2016, when the matter was called out, none appeared for the petitioner. We had recorded the contention of respondent nos.1 and 2, that the petitioner was not holding the minimum land as required on the date of application and as such, his allotment is cancelled. 2.

It is submitted by Mr. Kulkarni, the learned Counsel for respondents, that letter of intent is already issued in March 2014 to another candidate after holding fresh draw subsequent to cancellation of allotment in favour of the petitioner.

Today also, none appears for the petitioner.
