This application is for condonation of delay of 4963 days caused in filing the appeal for enhancement in the amount of compensation awarded by the learned reference court. 2.

Learned advocate for the applicants has produced on record copy of order passed by this court in similar application from the same acquisition proceeding dated 13-12-2022,

(2) 21ca6344.23 wherein this court has allowed the applications by condoning the delay.

There is no dispute about earlier order. In view of the same, this application is allowed subject to cost of Rs.4500/- to be deposited with the Library of Advocate Bar Association, High Court of Bombay Bench at Aurangabad within four weeks from today. Delay stands condoned.

With this, the application stands disposed off. 5.

It is made clear that the applicants shall not be entitled to receive any interest for delayed period in case amount of compensation is enhanced.
