A] ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR DELAY 1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that arising out of the same project, similar delay has been condoned by this Court subject to the condition that the applicants - appellants shall not claim interest and statutory benefits for delayed period and shall file undertaking in that regard. The learned counsel further submits that the applicants are the poor agriculturists and their lands are compulsorily acquired and that this Court by order dated 17th October, 2022 in Civil Application No.11362 of 2022 in First Appeal Stamp No.14192 of 2022 along with connected matters has condoned the delay.
2] In view of the submissions made, delay of 5064, 1192, 3931, 4577, 5064, 4489 and 1130 days respectively stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim interest and statutory benefits for delayed period. Appeals be registered. Civil Applications are disposed of accordingly.
