The validation proceeding in respect of caste claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2-Committee since the year 2011. 3.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that, the said proceeding is pending at the stage of vigilance.

More than ten years have lapsed the proceeding is not decided by respondent no.2. 5.

Considering the above, we pass the following order:

ORDER

A.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 02.03.2022.

The Committee shall thereafter endeavour to decide the said proceeding within a period of three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
