1] This application is filed for condonation of delay of 581 days caused in filing revision against the order made by the Reference Court.

2] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGP for the respondent nos.1 & 3. The respondent no.2 was served, but nobody has turned up for the respondent no.2.

3] In view of the contents of the application and

CA 1522/13 in CRA(ST) 3734/13 - 2 - the submissions made, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown to condone the delay. The Advocate appointed by the claimants in the proceedings had died during the pendency and so there was nobody to attend the matter. The application is allowed. Delay is condoned. (T.V.
