After hearing learned counsel, it appears that university has issued the circular dated 21st September 2020, where-under it is being referred to that university has enabled the colleges to issue requisite internship completion certificates to the students along with original documents.

In the circumstances, it would be expedient that respondent No. 6 - college follows the instructions under the circular.

Further actions of petitioner pursuant to certificates and documents referred to earlier would be subject to outcome of the writ petition and shall be so intimated to the concerned. 4.
