We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.P. for respondent-State. 3.

The petitioner shall make representation to the respondent no.3 for grant of Trained Teacher pay scale. The respondent no.3 shall decide the claim of the petitioner within four (04) months from the date of receipt of the application on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
