Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for respondent/State.

The applicant is brother-in-law of the injured. They had no good terms. The applicant allegedly assaulted the injured with knife. However, the injury certificate reveals injuries were simple. The alleged weapon has been recovered. The applicant is behind bar since long. The charge-sheet has been filed. In the facts and circumstances, the application deserves to be allowed.

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant Vikas Shivaji Manshetty be released on bail, on

B. and S.B. of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only), with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No. 325 of 2022 registered with Naldurg Police Station, Taluka Tuljapur District Osmanabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code on the conditions that :- (a) He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (b) He shall not threat injured or any other witnesses till conclusion of the trial.
