The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Library Attendant was returned back on account of the deficiencies. The Management thereafter on 8th of December, 2016 submitted the documents and deficiencies were removed. The learned counsel submits that the respondents be directed to decide the proposal of the petitioner afresh.

Considering the above, the Deputy Director of Education shall reconsider the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of of the petitioner as Library Attendant within six months upon receipt of the additional documents from the management that are placed on

WP 3048/22 record and the copies of which are handed over to the learned AGP. 3.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
