Upon perusal of the findings recorded by the trial Court in the light of evidence brought on record by the prosecution, prima facie, the findings appear to be in consonance with the record brought on record. We do not wish to elaborate on evidence since the appeal filed by the accused / appellant is pending.

In that view of the matter, Criminal Application No.660 of 2015 stands rejected.

Upon receipt of the same, the concerned Court to prepare paper-books within three months and send the record along with paper-books back to the Registry of this Court. Liberty to the Counsel for the appellant to apply for early hearing of the appeal after receipt of the paper-books.
