Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

The original case is of 2004 and this case is pending before this Court since 2006. Its a criminal revision against the judgment and order of acquittal. On 26.07.2024, last opportunity was granted to both the learned counsels. The Court had issued notice to the learned counsel for the applicant and respondent Nos.2 to 7. Then, the matter was listed on 21.08.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant has been served with the notice well in advance. However, he is seeking adjourment. The Court asked him to advance the argument, but, he again seeking time. It shows that he is not prepared with the matter and not ready to render the assistance to the Court.

The Court perused the impugned judgment and order of acquittal in the presence of the learned counsel for the applicant and did not find any error on the face of record and it does not warrant interference. Hence, criminal revision application stands dismissed.
