The same is not yet decided. 2] Learned AGP accepts notice for the respondents. 3] In case proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner no.1 [Page-20] is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide the said proposal, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within six [6] months.
