Learned counsel for petitioner states that last year, the petitioner No.2 College was given centre for HSC examination. This year, the same is cancelled. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has 94 students. Apart from that, the School namely Shri Renuka Junior College and Saint Madhav Mama Higher Secondary School is also ready to be attached with the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that there was no reason to cancel the centre of the petitioner No.2. Now the petitioner No.2 is attached to the School which is more than 20 Kms. away. The same would
cause hardship to the students of the petitioner School/College. 3.
Ms.Mahajan, learned counsel submits that the College which is situated in Taluka wants to get attached to the one in village for the reasons best known to them. The said School is attached to a centre which is only 7 Kms. away and the students of the petitioner's School are attached to the centre of 13.9 Kms. 4.
We have considered the submissions. Some norms are laid down. The hall-tickets are already issued as per contention of the Respondents, wherein the name of the centre is also given to the students. The petitioner School would have only 94 students. The other School which was initially attached to the petitioner has been given a centre which is only at a distance of 6 Kms. 5.
Considering aforesaid aspects, it would not be possible to consider the request of petitioners for this year. In view of that, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
