This is a petition seeking a writ habeas corpus. 2.

The girl Neha Sunil Tonpe is produced before us. We have interacted with her in confidence in the chambers. She states that she has been willingly staying with her parents. Irrespective of any other dispute between the two sides since the girl is major and has been willingly cohabiting with the parents, we set her at liberty.
