In view of the submissions made in the application, sufficient cause is shown for recalling of impugned order. Thus, the application is allowed. Delay stands condoned and the order made by Registrar [Judicial] is set aside. The matter be restored with its original number. Fresh notice be issued to the respondents. If the compliance is not made by the appellant in Letters Patent Appeal, it should be made within three weeks from today. If appellant fails to do so, the appeal will be treated as dismissed.
