Learned counsel for applicants submits that under order dated 28-07-2017 passed by this court in civil application no. 3633 of 2017 and companion matters, their request to re-deposit amount withdrawn on furnishing bank guarantee, had been acceded to, however, for want of certain documents to be furnished to the bank, time period during which the re-deposit was expected, could not be followed. However, all the procedural requirements, according to

2 CA - 3716-2018+ learned counsel for applicants, have now been complied with and, as such, the applicants request under prayer clauses (B) and (C) may be accepted or the period for making re-deposit pursuant to order dated 28-07-2017 be extended.

Learned counsel for the appellants - acquiring body has no objection for extension of period or even to accept the request under prayers clause (B) and (C).

In view of the same, period for making re-deposit of the amount pursuant to order dated 28-07-2017, is extended upto 04-04-2018.
