Mr. Chavan, learned counsel appears for respondent nos. 2 and 3 and submits that the inquiry committee was constituted to inquire about the work of respondent nos. 4 and 5. One member of the inquiry committee was suspended for another charge and as such, inquiry could not be concluded.

Learned counsel, on instructions, submits that within a period of two months fresh inquiry committee would be constituted and new inquiry committed would

wp2927.17 conclude the inquiry within three months from the date of its constitution. Statement is accepted. 3.

In view of said statement, Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
