Learned advocate for the applicants state that first appeal No.3677 of 2016 has no nexus with rest of the appeals and the same is erroneously being placed along and be delinked from present group of first appeals. He further requests that first appeal No. 4421 of 2016 may be placed along with present group of first appeals.
