1] The applicant - appellant has moved this application seeking withdrawal of the amount.

2] Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the Section Officer [PLA Section] has submitted report to the effect that amount of Rs.8,56,016/- is available for disbursement as on 15.12.2020.

3] Learned AGP for the respondentState submits that in view of disposal of Appeal by way of compromise before the Lok Adalat held on 13th December, 2014, the respondents have no objections to allow the

1951.20CA.odt applicant-appellant to withdraw the amount deposited with the Court to be treated as deposit made towards satisfaction of Award in terms of the order in appeal.

4] In view of disposal of appeal, the application is allowed. The applicant - appellant is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.8,56,016/- together with interest, if any accrued on and after 15.12.2020 till the withdrawal of the amount by transferring the amount in his savings bank account as per particulars of bank account to be furnished by the applicant.

5] The application is disposed of in above terms.
