Learned advocate for petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh petition, in view of the peculiar facts and circumstances wherein he had turned out to be L-1 bidder in the tender process and was questioning lack of transparency and seeking a work order, however, for whatever reason the employer/respondent abandoned the work and without any demur he participated in the fresh tender for the same work. 2.
Leave is granted.
