Learned Advocate for the applicants submits that after the restoration of the application in view of order dated 16th July 2024, he has no instructions to appear in the matter from the applicants. In fact thereafter the matter was on board on 13th August 2024 and the learned Advocate for the applicants was present but he had not made any statement that he has not instructions to appear on behalf of the applicants. Thereafter, due to paucity of time the matter could not be taken up, however, even at that time also he could have mentioned the matter and got his appearance discharged. When it is now asked to him as to whether he has given any notice to his clients, he has answered in the negative and then says that he would like to now give notice to his clients. We are not inclined to adjourn the matter on

21-appln-510-2023 -2that count. Since the applicants have failed to make out any other arrangements, application stands dismissed.

We permit the investigating officer to file the chargesheet if it is not yet filed before the appropriate Court. Learned APP to apprise the investigating officer in this respect.
