This is an application for suspension of substantive sentence imposed upon the applicant in S.C.C. No.314 of 2009 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class at Paranda and subsequently confirmed vide the judgment and order dated 17th January, 2023 passed in Criminal Appeal No. 14 of 2017 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhoom.

The learned counsel for applicant prays for suspension of substantive sentence imposed upon him.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), on condition that the applicant shall deposit Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-

If the said amount is deposited within the stipulated time, during pendency of the criminal revision application, the execution of sentence awarded to the applicant is suspended and the applicant be released on bail on executing P.
