Present petition has been filed for issuing directions to respondent No.4 to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 13.01.2025 for furlough leave.

Learned APP waives notice for all the respondents and upon instructions, submits that the respondent No.4's office could not trace out the appeal. He request that the learned Advocate for the petitioner to make available the memo of the appeal which he had filed before respondent No.4 and he submits that upon receipt of the copy of the appeal, respondent No.4 would decide it within a period of four weeks.

We direct learned Advocate for the petitioner to supply the copy of memo of appeal with annexures thereto, if any, to the learned APP today itself, which the learned APP to transmit it to respondent No.4 immediately and upon receipt of the said copies, respondent No.4 to decide the said appeal within a period of four weeks.
