Heard learned counsel for applicant and respondent No. 1original claimant. Perused the application. 2.

Learned counsel for applicant Mr. Jagatkar submits that decreetal amount pursuant to award passed by the Tribunal will be deposited as per directions of this Court.

In view of aforesaid submission, there shall be stay to the execution and implementation of impugned judgment and award passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Aurangabad in MACP No. 16 of 2013 subject to condition that applicant-appellant shall deposit entire decreetal amount with accrued interest thereon in this court within a period of eight weeks from today. Failure to which, the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court with liberty to the respondent/original claimant to avail the recourse of law for execution of the award within ambit of law.
