Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking direction to transfer the amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- deposited by them in First Appeal No. 57/2006 to the learned District Judge, Hingoli for making onward payment pursuant to the judgment and order dated 30.10.2021 passed in Regular Civil Appeal No. 37/2012 towards satisfaction of the decreetal amount.

The other side is not having any objection. Admittedly, First Appeal No.57/2006 has been relegated to the learned District Judge, Hingoli and has been re-numbered as Regular Civil Appeal No.37/2012 on account of enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction. In

view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause '

A' and disposed of.

It is made clear that the amount mentioned in prayer clause A be transmitted to the learned District Judge, Hingoli along with the accrued interest thereon till date.
