Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

The applicant is seeking permission to bring on record legal representative of deceased Satyabhama Baliram Maske, who admittedly died on 25.02.2020, by condoning the delay of 997 days.

There is no question of condonation of delay since the respondent Railway, who has filed this appeal, despite notice of death of Satyabhama, did not take further steps.

In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B and disposed.

Necessary amendment be carried out by the appellant Railway within two weeks.
