The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that this matter will have to be transferred to the Nagpur Bench of this Court. Since the issue of supernumerary post is involved in this matter, this petition was transferred to the Aurangabad Bench from the Nagpur Bench. However, the petitioner has challenged the invalidation of her 'Halba Tribe' claim by the Competent Committee at Gadchiroli. 2.

In view of the above request, Registry shall transfer this case to the Nagpur Bench.
