This Petition has been dismissed vide order dated 08.02.2024. In paragraph 4 of the order, we had recorded as under:- "4.

This Writ Petition is dismissed. The Petitioner shall deposit the cost of Rs.10,000/- with the Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad on or before 29.02.2024, failing which, the Zilla Parishad shall deduct the amount of Rs.10,000/- from the retiral benefits of the Petitioner and deposit the same."

The Petitioner has not complied with our order. As

*2* 916wp1549o24 such, the Zilla Parishad shall deduct the amount of Rs.10,000/- in two equal installments from the salary/ retiral/pensionary benefits of the Petitioner payable in the months of March and April, 2024 and the said amount shall be deposited with the Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad, within 15 days thereafter.
