Order :- Heard learned counsel for appellants. He undertakes to deposit deficit court fees during the course of day. After depositing the deficit court fees, Registry to take requisite steps for preparation of Award/Decree as per Judgment passed by this Court. 2.

By way of last opportunity, one week time is granted to deposit the deficit court fees, failure to which, the deficit court fees shall be recovered as an arrears of land revenue. In case, compensation amount is not disbursed in favour of appellants, deficit court fees shall be recovered from the compensation amount payable to the appellants.
