PER COURT :- 1.

This matter was heard finally and reserved for the order/judgment. At this stage, learned advocates appearing for both the sides submit that the parties have arrived at amicable settlement and terms of compromise are reduced into writing. They submit that the terms of compromise be taken on record and the decree may be passed in accordance with the terms.

The parties are, therefore, referred to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court for verification of the compromise terms. 3.

On receipt of the report of the Registrar (Judicial), the matter will be taken for further consideration at 4.30 p.m. SECOND SESSION :- 4.

In pursuance of the order passed in first Session, the parties remained present before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The report is submitted to that effect.

The terms of settlement are duly verified before the learned Registrar (Judicial). Parties to this second appeal (except legal heirs of respondent no.4) have signed the terms before the Registrar. It is submitted by the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties that the respondent nos.4A to 4C are no more and this compromise is not adverse to their interest. The report of the Registrar is taken on record and marked '

X'

for identification.

The parties are present before this Court and identified by their respective counsels. Parties admits terms of the settlement placed on record of this Court.

The parties are ad-idem on the fact that in pursuance of this compromise terms possession of three acres (3 Acres) of land as identified in paragraph no.6 of the compromise terms would be delivered within the period of 8 days from today. 8.

The compromise terms are accepted and marked ' A' for identification.

Second appeal is disposed off in terms of the compromise terms marked as '

A'

Decree be drawn up accordingly.
