This is an application seeking leave to amend Writ Petition on the ground that subsequently the Government has taken a decision. Learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioner has filed separate Writ Petition on the premise that the Government be directed to decide the proposal forwarded by respondent no.5 for extending age limit of the petitioner.

(2) In view of the fact that the Government has already taken a decision, the said prayer does not survive. The petitioner is at liberty to assail the order passed subsequently by approaching the Government in a substantive petition.

In view of that, Civil Application disposed of.
