Heard the learned counsel for petitioners in Criminal Writ Petition Nos.176 and 177 of 2023.

The learned counsel for petitioners submits that in respect of challenge under Section 145 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the prayers have become infructuous. Hence, the petitioners would not press the said prayers. The learned counsel further submits that in respect of other reliefs claimed by the petitioners in these petitions, the petitioners will agitate it before the Waqf Tribunal of Maharashtra. Accordingly, the criminal writ petitions can be disposed of. The learned counsel for respondents strongly objected to dispose of the petitions.

Considering the submissions of all the learned counsel, both the criminal writ petitions are disposed of with aforesaid liberty. Accordingly, Criminal Application No.4475 of 2023 is disposed of.
