In all these matters, the petitioners are protected by the order of this Court. Their claims are pending decision before the competent committees. All these matters have been transferred from the Nagpur Bench to this Bench, under the orders of the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of the Bombay High court.

Considering the above, these petitions are disposed off with the following directions:- a) If the pending claims of these petitioners, seeking validity before the competent committees at Amravati/ Yeotmal/ Bhandara etc., if not already decided, shall be decided by the said committees, on or before 30.06.2023.
b) The petitioners would render wholehearted cooperation to the competent committee in the pending proceedings and shall refrain from seeking adjournment on unreasonable or trivial grounds, lest the committee would be justified in progressing to the next stage in the proceedings.
c) A copy of this order obtained from official website of the Bombay High Court would be tendered to the concerned competent committee by the concerned petitioners, on or before 15.02.2023. The petitioners would also tender their latest postal address, E-mail Ids. as well as their registered mobile number, in order to enable the competent committee to enter into correspondence with the petitioners. d) The protection granted by this Court to the petitioners would continue until the decision of the competent committee.
