The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending since 2014. The petitioner has already filed her say to the vigilance report. 2.

The Learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents.

In case, the validation proceeding is pending with the respondent No.2 / committee, then the committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding on it'w own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 09.03.2021.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
