This application is filed for withdrawal of remaining 50% amount of compensation deposited by the appellant/ acquiring body. The ground is raised that, father of the applicant is suffering from cancer and for his treatment the amount is needed. 2.

Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the appellant/ acquiring body has strenuously opposed the application, stating that, 50% compensation amount is already withdrawn, and he is ready for final hearing of the matter.

For the reasons stated in the application, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 25% amount along with proportionate accrued
