(14th December, 2019) 1.

The appellant-claimant injured has filed this appeal for additional compensation. The appellant with his counsel and Mr. Rahul Kulkarni, Officer of Insurance Company with company's counsel are present. Parties are identified by their respective counsels.

Appellant and respondent-Insurance Company have filed compromise memo which is marked "X" for the identification. Respondent-Insurance Company has agreed to pay additional compensation of Rs. 3,75,000/- (excluding earlier amount) to the appellant-claimant towards full and final settlement of appellant's claim and agreed to deposit said amount within 60 days, from the date of receipt of award, in concerned tribunal. Appellant has accepted the same.
