PER COURT :- I have heard learned Advocate for the applicants and LRS of respondent No.11. Shri Undre, learned advocate submits that, he would cause his appearance on behalf of LRs. of respondent No.1 in the writ petition. He further states that, if costs are imposed, the amount can be donated for the treatment of poor patients. In view of the above, this Civil application is allowed. The delay of 83 days is condoned on the condition that the applicant-petitioner would deposit an amount of Rs.1,000/- through the Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Government Medical College & Hospital, Aurangabad on or before 29.3.2019. The petitioner would bring the LRs. of respondent No.11 on record in the writ petition.
