The petitioner claims to be a person interested in Sant Janabai Sansthan, Gangakhed. The petitioner seeks directions against the Assistant Charity Commissioner to hold the elections of the said trust and also to appoint the administrator to manage the affairs of the trust.

In case the petitioner is interested person in the said trust, then the petitioner may approach the office of the A.C.C./Deputy C.C. for necessary reliefs. The office of the Charity Commissioner would have overall supervision over the public trust. The petitioner can approach the A.C.C. U/Sec. 47 or such other provision of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
