Learned counsel for the parties concur on that the subjectmatter involved in present two writ petitions bearing no. 1564 of 2016 and 1565 of 2016 is the same as the one involved in writ petition no. 11502 of 2016 and other companion matters including writ petition no. 1563 of 2016. Learned advocates concur also on that there is no dispute that the present two writ petitions were left out from aforesaid group of writ petitions no. 11502 of 2016 and companion matters.

Learned counsel further adverted to that order dated 08-02-2016 had been passed in these two writ petitions that those be heard along with writ petition no. 1252 of 2016. 3.

They further submit that present petitioners are identically situated as those in the group of writ petitions (writ petition no. 11502 of 2016 and other companion matters including writ petition no. 1563 of 2016) and request that present writ petitions be disposed of with the same directions as contained in the order dated 02-08-2017 passed in writ petition no. 11502 of 2006 and companion writ petitions.

In view of the same, present writ petitions stand disposed of for the same reasons and with the same terms and directions as contained in paragraphs no. 19, 20 and 21 of the decision dated 02-08-2017 in writ petition no. 11502 of 2016 and other connected matters which may be deemed to be part of this order.
