Petitioner is assailing the action of allotment of tender work issued in favour of respondent no. 4. It appears that the tender work has been issued on 17.06.2015 and, petitioner has approached this Court after eight months of the commencement of tender work. On the ground of lapses and delay in approaching the Court, the contentions raised by petitioner in the instant petition need not be considered. Writ petition is devoid of substance hence stands rejected.
