ORDER:- 1, Heard. The applicant - original claimant is seeking condonation of delay of 154 days in fling frst appeal on the ground of fnancial crisis. The learned Counsel for respondent No.3 Insurance Company strongly opposed the application. Respondent Nos.1 and 2 being owner and driver of the offending vehicle though served, but failed to appear. In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 154 days stand condoned.

The appeal be placed for admission after removal of offce objections, if any.
