The civil application is filed for withdrawal of back wages amount of Rs.3,20,000/-, deposited in this Court. As there is no objection by the respondents for the same, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.3,28,000/- deposited in this Court by the respondent No.1, along with interest accrued thereon.

The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- written in the prayer Clause 'B' should be treated as Rs.3,28,000/-. The learned Advocate for the petitioner is permitted to correct the prayer Clause 'B'.
