PER COURT :- 1.

This is an application for setting aside the conditional order passed by this Court on 22.12.2014 directing the petitioner to comply with the office objections and further direction that in the event of failure, petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.

For the reasons recorded in the application, application deserves to be allowed and same is accordingly allowed. Conditional order passed by this Court on 22.12.2014 is quashed and set aside and petition is restored to its original position. Petitioner shall comply with the office objections within two weeks from today. In the event of failure, order passed in the instant civil application shall be deemed to have been recalled. If the petitioner pays Bhatta within the time stipulated, returnable date shall stand extended by six weeks.
