Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.

The petitioner who is a prosecutrix is aggrieved by the fact that her applications preferred U/Sec. 319 of the Criminal Procedure Code and Sec. 173(8) of the Cr. P. C. (Exhibit 42 and

43) respectively are not being decided by the Special Court conducting the trial.

The learned A. P. P. informs that the Judge having been superannuated, the matter has now been assigned to some other Judge and is due to be listed on 03.02.2024.

We dispose of the criminal writ petition requesting the learned Judge to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's applications in accordance with law.
