Learned Counsel for the Petitioner makes statement that it was informed to him by son of the Petitioner over phone in the month of February, 2025 that Petitioner is died. He is unable to take steps to bring LR's of deceased Petitioner on record for want of instructions.

The aforestated statement indicates that at least prior to February, 2025 Petitioner died. His LR's are not brought on record within 90 days. Hence, Petition stands dismissed as abated.
