The Petitioners were before the Mamlatdar u/s 5 of the Mamlatdars'

Courts Act, 1906. By a final order dated 02.07.2021, the Petitioner succeeded and Respondent Nos. 6 to 9 were directed to remove the obstruction. These Respondents approached the Revisional Authority u/s 23(2). By a final order dated 20.12.2021, the order of the Mamlatdar was upheld.

The learned AGP makes a solemn statement on instructions that though the Respondents have approached the learned Single Judge khs/July 2023/6942

- 2 - of this Court in WP No.6982/2022, the learned Single Judge has not granted any protection to those Petitioners and the impugned orders have not been interfered with.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioners to approach the District Collector, who shall look into the grievance of the Petitioners and by following the due procedure of Law, shall pass appropriate orders, expeditiously.
