Learned Advocate for the respondent / Management has submitted a Purshis dated 21/10/2015 stating therein that the petitioner has passed away on 30/12/2013. The said Purshis is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. She places reliance upon Order 22 Rule 3 (2) of the CPC. 2.

Mr.Sangit, learned Advocate submits that he has no knowledge about the demise of the petitioner. Legal heirs have not yet contacted him. If they do so, they may move an application for the restoration of this petition.
