We have heard Mr. Shinde the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. for the respondents/State. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent No.1 is not taking appropriate action for suspension of Chief Officer, Kalamnuri. The proposal is submitted by the District Collector, Hingoli.

In case, the petitioner is aggrieved, the petitioner may approach the Secretary in that regard.
