Motion is made for speaking to minutes in respect of order dated 15.09.2015. Mr. Kale, the learned counsel submits that, at page No. 8 of the said order, First Appeal No. 1060 of 2015 is mentioned, however, the said number ought to be First Appeal No. 1060 of 2014. So also cross objection in the said first appeal bearing Cross Objection No. 25591 of 2015 is left out. The same also is required to be stated.

Thereafter at page No. 9, First Appeal No. 1061 of 2015 is stated, it ought to be First Appeal No. 1061 of 2014. Similarly in

2 fa 1060.14 the operative part of the order in clause No. (II) L.A.R. No. 461 of 2010 is wrongly mentioned. The said L.A.R. number is already covered under clause (V) of the operative order. As such L. A. R. No. 461 of 2010 be deleted from clause No. (II) of the operative order. Though First Appeal No. 1690 of 2015 is mentioned in the title clause of the order, however, in the operative part the same is left out. It is in respect of dry land. As such, it be added in clause (V) of the operative part of the order i. e. L.A.R. No. 11 of 2010.

In the light of the above, aforesaid corrections be carried in the order dated 15.09.2015 in First Appeal No. 2035 of 2014 with other connected first appeals and certified copy be issued accordingly.
